Rabbi Sherwin’s Introduction to Judaism class is open both to non-members who want to learn about Judaism and to members who want to refresh their knowledge. Please contact the Rabbi at 888-5151 if you would like to join us and to get the montly schedule.
TORAH LISHMA
First meeting: Sunday, October 10, 2010
Sunday 10:15-12:00
Adult members of Temple Israel, Jewish college students and adults in conversion classes as well as former members of the study group are invited to participate in Torah Lishma. This adult study group meets Sunday morning from 10:30 - 12:00 during the school year. Active members of this study group are invited to join the 10:15-10:30 morning Minyan held in the sanctuary right before class.

SUMMER HEBREW --- 2010
7:00 P.M. - 8:15 P.M. Every Wednesday in June and July
Member fee: $30.00 for first family member, $25.00 for second member, etc.
Non-member fee: $100.00 BUT if you join within a year, $70.00 goes toward your dues payments.
For fee adjustments, see the Rabbi.
Two classes will be offered:
Beginning Hebrew decoding. Book required: Shalom
Uvracha Primer Express
